From juicy steaks to rich Mexican to savory Thai, there are enough menu choices in Moab to keep you satiated during most any vacation. As a rule of thumb, it's best to avoid most of the restaurants on the central section of Main Street. With a few exceptions, they are tourist traps, serving up mediocre food late into the night. For the best finds, don't be afraid to experiment and look to the smaller places about town. You'll be rewarded with a great meal, and you could meet some local characters, too.
